Table Top Displays
Budget table top displays can be a cheap yet effective way of allowing your exhibit to look professional even when your money is limited.
There are four basic types of budget table top displays. Small folding displays or briefcase displays, table top pop up displays, panel displays, and finally modular table top displays.
Folding displays are sometimes called portfolio displays or briefcase displays, depending upon the particular manufacturer. They are normally about 2 - 3 feel in length and about 2 feet in height. They are usually made out of lightweight, thin, foldable fabric panels for you to attach your literature although some models are made out of white board material which allows you to write on them with dry erase markers. These folding displays usually cost between $75 and $200.
Table top pop up displays are similiar in construction to the ubiquitous 10 foot pop up displays except they are made smaller to fit on top of a display table. 4 foot and 6 foot table top pop up displays are typically, although some are as large as 8 feet. Some budget 6 foot table top displays and cheap 8 foot table top displays can go for as little as $300.
Panel displays are like similar to briefcase or folding displays except they are a little larger in size.
Modular table top displays are not as common in the budget table top display world. They are also similar to the larger versions except they have been reduced for fitting on a standard card table or display table. Some people find that the additional modules can sometimes make the units a bit unwieldy for table tops.
